Data we process

Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this site records, for each request, the IP address, date and time, page requested, response code and browser identifier. These logs are used solely to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

These logs are kept for 6 months, then deleted automatically.

Email and telephone

If you write to us or call us, we use your contact details and the content of your message only to reply and to follow up on your request. This data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that may follow from it. It is never sold or passed on.

Self-assessment

Answers to the self-assessment questionnaire are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere.

Cookies and third-party services

No cookies are set. The site calls no third-party services: its typefaces are served from the same server as the site. No advertising or social-media tools are embedded. No analytics tools are embedded.

Recipients

Server logs are accessible only to BEYONDER SYSTEMS Sàrl and, where applicable, its hosting provider, which acts on its behalf as a processor. Your messages are read only by BEYONDER SYSTEMS Sàrl. We do not transfer any data outside the European Union.
